Dear Dr. Lansang,

 Even though I’ve only known you a couple of months, you have helped me to continue to work hard.  You are very generous with your knowledge and time.  I also remember when you bought us all Chinese food.  Thank you by the way!

 You always ask the freshmen how we are doing, and if we’re not doing well either academically or personally, you talk to us and help us.  Without your positive attitude, I would probably be dead after 3^rd block.  Thank you for everything you’ve done.
